Excavation, Engineered Backfill & Compaction
Excavation of footings, foundations, trenches and open areas, rock breaking with hydraulic hammers, removal of spoil under approved permits, and engineered backfill compacted in layers.

We provide complete engineering solutions for excavation and structural backfill at any depth and scale. We hold excavation and foundation levels precisely and place approved engineered backfill in uniform compacted layers to keep the ground stable and prevent future settlement, backed by a full fleet of excavators, rollers and dump trucks.
What is included
- Excavation for structural footings and foundations, basements, water tanks, manholes and inspection chambers.
- Open excavation, and trench and route excavation to the depths and levels shown on the drawings.
- Rock breaking and cutting with excavators fitted with hydraulic hammers (breakers).
- Hauling spoil and debris to approved public disposal sites under official notifications and permits (Balady).
- Backfilling with selected, clean engineered fill, free of large rock and organic matter.
- Spreading and compacting soil in successive layers (25–30 cm), watered to the optimum moisture content and compacted with suitable rollers.
How we do it
- 1Reviewing the drawings and locating existing service lines (power, telecoms, water) before excavation to avoid outages.
- 2Excavating progressively to precise levels, with the sides secured by safe slopes or shoring at greater depths.
- 3Sorting and immediately hauling away surplus and unsuitable soil to keep the site orderly and compliant with safety requirements.
- 4Supplying and spreading approved fill in uniform layers, then watering and compacting it with suitable mechanical equipment.
- 5Carrying out field density tests to confirm the compaction required by the supervising consultant before moving to the next stage.
FAQ
How do you deal with hard rock layers during excavation?+
We provide crawler excavators fitted with hydraulic breakers in a range of operating weights, to break hard rock and handle rocky terrain quickly and efficiently.
Do you handle spoil removal and permits?+
Yes. Our dump truck fleet hauls surplus soil to municipality-approved disposal sites, and we obtain and activate the official haulage and dumping permits through the Balady platform.
Does your scope include supplying approved backfill material?+
Yes. We supply approved fill and subbase that meet the specifications from our own sources and partner crushers, and supply can be included in the quotation as a single package.
Have a site that needs preparation, excavation or supply?
Send the location and quantities or a drawing on WhatsApp, or request a formal quotation.
