What is included

• Casting reinforced concrete footings for light poles, shade structures, main gates and service manholes.
• Fabricating, supplying and installing steel car-park shade structures covered with high-density tensioned fabric (HDPE / PVC).
• Supplying and installing precast concrete kerbs (road, sidewalk, landscape), stormwater inlets and drainage gratings.
• Laying interlocking pavers for sidewalks and walkways in various thicknesses, shapes and colours, with levelled sand bedding and compaction.
• Building and installing concrete, mesh and steel fencing around facilities and construction sites.
• Preparing rubber-tile surfaces, play areas, and sports and leisure courts.

How we do it

1. 1Reviewing the structural and architectural drawings and setting out footing positions precisely by survey.
2. 2Excavating and preparing the footings and pouring approved ready-mix concrete, with mechanical vibrators and water curing.
3. 3Fixing anchor bolts and base plates precisely to receive shade columns and structures.
4. 4Levelling the surface, spreading clean sand and laying interlock to controlled falls, filling the joints with fine sand and compacting with a rubber-padded plate compactor.
5. 5Cleaning the whole site, marking the car park and handing it over ready for use.
