Yards, Car Parks & Civil Works for an Integrated Service Facility
Grading and asphalting a large yard, interlock sidewalks and kerbs, reinforced concrete footings, security fencing, car-park shades and play areas inside an operating facility.

A multi-discipline project carried out within an occupied service facility that remained fully operational throughout construction. We divided the site into isolated work zones with safety barriers and clear signage, and scheduled heavy works and concrete pours for the evening to provide a safe working environment and hand the facility over to a high operational standard.
Scope of work
- Grading yards, setting levels and preparing compacted aggregate base layers.
- Asphalting internal yards and lanes and marking parking bays with approved thermoplastic paint.
- Supplying and laying interlock pavers for sidewalks and walkways, with precast concrete kerbs.
- Casting reinforced concrete footings for the main gates, light poles and shade structures.
- Building concrete and steel boundary fencing.
- Fabricating and installing car-park shade structures, tensioned and covered.
- Preparing a play area with shock-absorbing rubber surfacing and surrounding protection.
- Night concrete pours to ensure proper curing and avoid affecting facility users.
